Living in the shadow of the tower, Castelfranco Veneto

A modern house in the historic center

A private residence, which combines the charm of the historic center with all the comforts of a modern project. Born from the union of 3 separate flats, the house is spread over 3 floors and overlooks a large terrace, right next to the entrance tower of the walled city of Castelfranco Veneto.

“The extraordinary position was decisive in the choice of the customer. Our commitment has focused on the need to organize in a functional way a space of 550 sqm of historical origins and distributed over 3 floors”.

The architect then guided the project in every detail, from the choice of materials to the study of home automation systems, up to the selection of all the furnishings. The Noorth collections meet the different design needs of the 5 bathrooms, from the guest area to the private ones that flank the 4 bedrooms of the residence.

Adjacent to the living area, a guest bathroom with a precious image highlights all the expressive qualities of marble. The protagonist of the environment is Touch washbasin in Grafite marble.

TOUCH
Full 64 monolith unit with floor drain with in Grafite marble. Ekos V mirror with 4 inner sides LED lighting, Quarzo lacquered aluminum profile. Ljos shelves in Quarzo lacquered aluminum, complete with accessories and LED backlight. Flow stainless steel floor-mounted taps with progressive cartridge.

The quality of the materials and the attention to every detail characterize the areas of passage, essential in relating the different areas of the residence.

Declined in 3 different compositions, the Azuco system is always interpreted with natural finishes, with light and bright tones.

The house overlooks a large terrace close to the walls and the entrance tower of the historic center. Alongside the different outdoor furnishings, the presence of a Saba freestanding washbasin underlines the variety and completeness of the Noorth proposal.
